Working remotely can make it difficult to bring out the creativity and collaboration that teams need to feel connected. One of the key difficulties HR directors face in remote teams is improving operational efficiency and good communication in a virtual workplace.
How We Can Help
Using our 8 years of experience in escape room design and corporate team building, we created a virtual experience to help you train effective communication in your remote team. It encourages teams to communicate in an effective, creative way that will improve collaboration and strengthen bonds.
The game, which is totally scalable so any number of co-workers can play at the same time, is led by one of our moderators. They stay online for the entire length of your game and provide a full debrief at the end. AI Lockdown is designed for businesses, so we made sure it provides a great time for everyone regardless of their gaming or puzzle experience.
How Does AI Lockdown Work
The game is played in teams, with a minimum of 4 people in each team. It is played online at a provided link, while using any video conferencing tool such as Zoom. Within each team there are defined roles which the players have to choose and throughout the game the puzzles require the combined skillsets of each role in the group. They have to work together to decipher clues and navigate through the game.
The game is set in a high-end corporate office , which has a number of different departments on each floor of the building. Teams move between departments solving different styles of puzzles and earning points as they go. All the while they are competing against other teams undertaking the same puzzles.
The full version of AI Lockdown consists of 50 minutes of game time however, it can be customised for 30 or 40 minutes depending upon your requirements. Time is also required afterwards for debriefing. Each department within the office building is also branded with your company logo.
