This year has been pretty crazy with
everything going on, but even 2020 has its silver lining..
Hard times often bring out the best in people and there are always things we can be grateful for.
Even in this stressful situation, there is an opportunity to appreciate some of the things we usually take for granted. Lockdowns gave us a chance to spend some quality time with our loved ones and catch up on lost time due to our busy lifestyles.
They also gave us a chance to slow down a bit. No more running all over the place with errands and obligations. If it’s not something you can take care of from your computer, then you have a perfectly good excuse not to do it. Introverts, rejoice!
This crisis has taught us patience, perseverance, flexibility, caring for others and sharing with those less fortunate. It has also taught us that the world is wildly interconnected. When people come together as one for a worthy cause, there is almost nothing that we can’t overcome.
We are clearly not out of the woods yet, but we hope that 2021 will bring us greener pastures and clearer skies. We hope that we will be able to safely hang out in public once again and not have to worry about avoiding the crowd.
